To make your stay as smooth as possible, here are a few useful notes:

Week-long bookings only during school summer holidays
No hen, stag, or similar parties
Guests to bring their own towels for hot tub use
Quiet hours respectfully observed from 10 pm – 7:00 am
Exterior CCTV in operation for security
Bed configurations must be confirmed 14 days before arrival

We were here in Teifi Villa for 7 days. 7 families, 15 adults and kids. We all had a lovely stay and enjoyed every bit of the house. The landscape, the surroundings, beaches, paths, Teifi river, everything will be in our beautiful memories. Thanks for all the arrangements, the history of Teifi Villa, all the informations and all the lovely bedrooms. Love from all of us.

We had such a good time last year that we decided to come back again, and it looks like Rhian and her team have been working hard to make it even better this year. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, equipped with just about everything you could think of, and a lovely setting. Thanks Rhian, we had a great time again.

Fantastic property in a lovely location. Stayed as a group of 12 (ages 12 months to 86 years) and the house worked really well for us. Incredibly well equipped, very clean, plenty of different areas to relax in. Excellent communication from Rhian, the host, too. So glad we found this place and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

We had the best stay at this fabulous holiday home. It’s has everything you need and everything finished to a high standard. Great location for Poppit Sands and lovely pubs/restaurants. The hot tub was amazing too. We had a lovely relaxing time at Teifi Villa - thank you so much!

Fantastic house for a large family group from ages 5 to 85! Fabulous location near some great pubs and walks. The kitchen is superbly stocked with all equipment you could need for a large group. Very helpful hosts, we had a great long weekend here!
